Large drooping bell-shaped red and yellow flowers in spring.

Round leaves with three points. 2’ tall.

Attracts hummingbirds, bees, butterflies and hawk moths.

Seeds are eaten by finches and buntings.

Grows in thin sandy soils and partial shade.
